I am currently pursuing a Certified Level 2 Certificate in Person training. It has been my lifelong amibition to be a person trainer and with this blog I will be enlighting my audience with a further insight into exercising, which will hopefully widen their knowledge and support them in their choices and opportutnites, regarding sport.
Throughout my time working as a Level 1 personal trainer and volunteering, I have been able to help those who wanted to improve their muscular endurance, run a 10K race,
My main goal is to inspire and motivate you and develop your physical capabilities, as well as build up your confidence and appreciation for your body no matter what your fitness levels!:)
